This portal stores account names, email addresses, password hashes, optional company and phone details, service requests, quotes, domain/service records, and support conversations. Enquiries submitted without an account are also stored for the team to review.

Access and purpose

Information is used to manage your account, respond to requests, and coordinate agreed services. Clients can view their own records; administrators manage the platform. We do not collect payment-card details here, and no marketing subscription is created automatically.

Your choices

You can correct your profile and download your account data in the client area. Contact the team about access, deletion, retention, or other privacy questions. Records may need to be retained where legal obligations apply; applicable retention rules must be confirmed with the service operator.

Storage and connections

Portal records are stored in a dedicated database on the Crow application server. The confirmed physical hosting location, legal operator details, processor agreements, and retention schedule must be completed before paid service launch. Domain searches may be sent to the relevant public registry. No payment gateway, automated registrar, analytics tracker, or marketing integration is enabled.
