Requests made through this portal are non-binding enquiries. No card is charged, domain registered, or server provisioned automatically.

Before a service starts

Configuration, resource limits, price, taxes, billing period, cancellation terms, hosting location, backups, management responsibilities, and support arrangements must be confirmed in a written agreement or approved quote.

Domain information

Registry lookups do not guarantee availability or reserve a domain. Registration and transfer are subject to registry rules, registrar checks, current pricing, and your approval.

Application development

Custom application development is a separate service offered through NativeStudio.app. Its scope, ownership, maintenance, and publication costs are agreed separately.

Platform status

The account, service-request, quote, record-management, and ticket workflows are implemented. Payment collection, automatic server provisioning, automated registration/renewal, email notifications, and fiscal invoice generation are not connected. Legal operator and billing details must be confirmed before accepting paid orders.
